Highly unrecommeneded they sent the wrong door size and they ask for 50 pounds delivery extra to replace it.

Was sent have a set of patio doors over a month ago for them to just keep sending the wrong parts. i am now just getting ignored for over 2 weeks. Phoned them today to be told that they thought they had sent the correct doors and said they would look into it.

My experience with Leader Online has been extremely disappointing. The headline is simple: check every piece of small print and screenshot every stage of your order, because several parts of their service feel misleading or misadvertised.

1. Free Delivery is Misleading

I deliberately ensured my order exceeded the 400 threshold for free delivery, yet I was still charged 39.99.

Their website clearly states: Free Delivery on Flooring Orders Minimum 399 Spend. I had no choice but to proceed because I needed the items urgently and their phone line was down. Only afterwards was I told that any discount applied to the basket removes the free delivery, even if you spend 800. For example, adding underlay with their 10% off when buying laminate offer cancels the free delivery entirely.

This is, in my opinion, misleading advertising.

2. The Delivery Calendar Is Pointless Unless You Pay Extra

At checkout, I selected standard eco delivery. The website stated that if I ordered before 3pm, I would receive delivery on Thursday. I paid at 2:45pm and selected Thursday on the calendar. I booked the day off work only to be told the day before that delivery would actually be Friday. When I challenged this, the company falsely claimed I had selected Friday.

This was simply untrue and reflects very poor customer service.

3. Room of Choice Delivery Is Not What They Advertise

One of the reasons I chose this company was their promise of delivery to a room of my choice. I live in a townhouse, so carrying 20 packs of laminate up two flights of stairs was a major factor. Only after delivery did I discover that room of choice actually means any room on the ground floor only.

This crucial limitation is hidden in the small print, not stated clearly at checkout where the service is advertised.

Again, this feels misleading.

4. Damaged Products on Arrival

To make matters worse, 3 of the 20 laminate packs arrived unboxed and planks damaged, and the underlay packaging was ripped at both ends. These items were sold as new but arrived looking secondhand.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for flooring.

All the doors and hardware arrived on time and undamaged. I accidentally over ordered some hinges and it proved straightforward to return them. All-in-all a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leaderonline.com for the supply of doors and associated metalwork.

Bought four oak veneered doors from them and Im really impressed with the quality. All the doors were excellent solid, well-finished, and surprisingly heavy for the price I paid. This was especially great considering they werent standard sizes (2040mm high and 40mm thick). I didnt need to contact customer services as the ordering process was straightforward. The doors arrived on time and were well-packaged with no damage.
Overall, a very positive experience and Id happily order from them again.

Order LO211036D2C > White Primed Door Lining Set (120311) very low quality product. We hired professional installer to fit the door with the door lining. It broke easily and we have to look for replacement else where. The carpenter/installer do not recommend this door lining set at all. We started the return process but it doesnt look easy. Shared all pictures evidence with Leader Online. Probably it was intentional so Leader Online is hoping that we dont return the low quality item.

Purchased two internal doors at different times from Leader Doors. They have a great range of doors at very competitive prices.
Website is easy to use and make purchase. On the one occasion I had to call their sales office over a delivery date they were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent delivery service with dates and time slots provided in advance. If you are trade or retail and want to freshen up your internal or external door I highly recommend this company.

We were notified a delivery was arriving, an all day time slot, so someone was here all day, it did not arrive, I spent 2 days trying to get in touch with customer services, but failed to speak to anyone, or get a response from my email. Our doors were delivered yesterday, the delivery person was brilliant, and the doors are great, so how do you mark our overall experience. Customer services were the worst I have experienced.

Really liked the look of these doors, and the prices were very good so we decided to order. There was a manufacturers delay on one of the doors, however, they were actually available for Delivery earlier than that date. I got various email communications which were a little confusing and it recommended ringing the Customer service number. This proved easier said than done as I tried numerous times but couldnt get through. eventually, I sent an email which was very quickly replied to.

The doors came a day after the initial delivery date, which wasnt a problem. The delivery driver was very good and helped carry the doors into where we wanted them. We havent yet taken off the packaging as we are not ready yet to fit them, but from what we can see they seem to be fine will update once we are ready to fit, so far so good.

Excellent service and value. I fitted the two doors we bought yesterday. Slight issue with the fittings but it was cleared up in minutes by the customer help desk.

12 internal doors and handle/fixing kits. Great value. Doors are more solid than expected for the price. Free delivery due to order value, abd a huge bonus in that they will deliver to Scottish islands! (A service not available from several competitors). One door appears to have missed the primer along one edge. Not a huge problem as it can be used with that side in the internal of hallway cupboard, and will be painted anyway.
