Dickies Tiles

Dickies Tiles started in June 1994, we are the only tile shop in the area with "tile association" accreditation - which is quite hard to join. We hold massive stocks at our warehouses which enables us to pass great savings onto our customers. We will never be beaten on price. If we find a tile shop selling an identical product for less, we will either find a cheaper local supplier, or withdraw the product from sale. I heard the Dickies advert on the radio and decided to pop in as I'd been putting off re-tiling my kitchen floor for some time.

In 1997 we relocated to our current premises at Aachen way king cross where we have grown and grown. We currently have 3 warehouses holding over 250k of stock purely to supply our Halifax showroom. That however only covers less than 10% of the tiles we have on show from our other distribution partners, they deliver to us between twice a week and a daily service. To supply our trade customers we are proud to boast the largest stocks of tiling equipment and accessories you could possibly need, "if its good we will stock it" even if we only sell a few of those items per year.

At Dickies Tiles we pride ourselves on our ability to provide cheap tiles in Halifax and beyond without compromising on quality. We offer a broad range of tiles, from commercial tiles, to mosaic tiles and appropriate tiling accessories including tile adhesive. Sometimes its difficult to picture tiles in situ, here we have a selection of brochures covering a variety of applications. Why not pop in to our showroom and see some of the worlds finest tiles anyone has to offer. We encourage people to then borrow a sample tile or display board to take away and see the actual tile in the area its going to.

Tiling can be done by anyone and for those people who have everything that you possibly need to do the job, we will gladly give and technical help you may need to attempt it yourself. However tiling is usually the last job to complete a new bathroom or kitchen and a bad tiling job can really let the whole room down. Tiling isn't quite as easy as it looks and the equipment used by our tilers costs several thousands of pounds to buy. We have some of the largest numbers of trade customers that use us for their materials and have no wish to undercut them to get tile fixing work.
