recently bought a polished brass light switch which was scratched (damaged in transit). I didn't realise this until I opened the parcel following a short holiday, so around 10 days later. The small print says 'report within 48hours any problems' - I reported it as soon as I found out but to be honest didn't think I would have much luck being so long after receipt. I was surprised and very happy with the way SND dealt with the matter and sent me a replacement with no fuss or problem. Thanks to Tanu at SND for helping me with this. Cheers
