Went to the Parkersburg store this morning, it was worth the two hour drive. The sales staff had answers to my questions, but did try to sell me way more than I was shopping for. Excellent selection, good prices, I'll be back as soon as my budget recovers.
I can not believe that I have not noticed a Woodcraft store in the same shopping center here in Knoxville where I drop off my wife and kids to shop at a corner store while I generally park and take a knap, LOL!
When they updated their website they made a huge mistake by downgrading it so bad. You cannot find anything anymore on the site I am now going to the competition it is just so much easier to shop. Woodcraft pricing keeps going up and up you really need to shop the competition because there are better prices out there plus free shipping. I was a huge customer buying a lot of big equipment from Woodcraft I just don't do it anymore. My local Woodcraft is a great bunch of guys and I still try to support them but Woodcraft Corp is pricing themselves out of the market and making it harder to shop instead of easier shame on you Woodcraft.
