Just had a load of hardwood logs delivered this morning, having phoned up yesterday! They are great quality dry logs, and I was really pleased with the skill and speed of the delivery too.
Awesome company to work alongside, I had specific needs for firewood and after phoning many suppliers Tayside Forestry were the only ones who could deliver. They were very prompt in their customer service skills and in their insight into wood I needed. They accomodated with a first class service and delivery was spot on as they kept me informed every step of the way. If I could give this company 10 stars. Difficult entrance into my drive so flatbed lorry unable to reverse in so driver came in forward then done practically a 10 point turn to turn around. Driver was fantastic, good service and logs were as dry as a bone. Will buy again.
**Firewood orders update** Our delivery drivers are trying to catch up with orders as quickly as possible. If you have a delivery booked for this week you will receive a call from one of our drivers when they are ready to deliver to you. Please ensure, for everyone's safety and time to advise.
Due to the snow we were unable to open today. Please do not attempt to collect wood from the farm. All deliveries for today have had to be postponed. This will of course have an effect on deliveries scheduled for this week. We will be in contact with deliveries affected in due corse. Apologies for any inconvenience cause. We are doing our best to get all deliveries out as quickly as possible but we have to put the safety of our staff and our customers first. Stay safe out there!
