EPS Sash and Case recently renovated the sash windows in our tenement flat, and they've done a fantastic job. The windows were in pretty poor condition, but EPS fixed rotten cills and sides, re-did all the pointing, and fixed a frame that was coming apart. They also fitted draughtproofing, repainted inside and outside, and fitted new ironmongery, so everything looks great as well as now being in sound condition.
From the detailed quote to the final visit to fix a few niggles, Edward was very good at keeping us informed and explaining what was being done. Any mess and dust was cleaned up tidily at the end of the day, and generally a great service was provided. We'd highly recommend EPS Sash and Case.

EPS Sash & Case has just completed restoration work on the sadly neglected windows in our flat. They are now transformed and look fantastic. The quality of the work is extremely high and was done on a tight timescale. Edward has been a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and communication has been great from quote to completion with regular contact and updates, especially the photos on Facebook, as the work progressed. An extremely professional company with a high standard of workmanship and customer service - I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks again Edward!

What an amazing transformation - our windows were missing several astragals or parts of astragals, all the cills were rotted at both ends and one of the windows had rotted right through at two corners. We were positive that they would have to be completely replaced but EPS managed to cut in new sections of wood, fill smaller sections, replace missing astragals and completely repaint the inside and outside of the windows.
They now look fantastic, pull up and down smoothly and have had the draughtproofing replaced. Mr Davidson provided a detailed quotation after visiting on site, turned up early to start the job, gave regular updates and photos and finished the job on time. We would highly recommend his company.
