Our premises provide a large secure storage area protected by substantial fencing and a 24 hour CCTV monitoring capability. The premises are also protected by an alarm system covering the office, workshop and storage facilities. All traffic entering or leaving the premises is monitored during business hours by our staff and loads only released when accompanied by appropriate documentation. Our intention is to reduce the opportunity for theft in compliance with industry best practice, giving our customers every reason to be confident that their interests are being considered and protected to the best of our ability.
Our premises at Cowdenbeath are protected by CCTV cameras which are monitored from the office premises and remotely. The entire storage area is covered and provides effective protection for all loads, equipment and vehicles stored or parked there. Should any incident occur, the system provides the opportunity to review the recorded data with high resolution images to H264 standard providing assistance to the police in identifying intruders. We make every effort to ensure the safety of goods in transit while in our care and is an intrinsic part of our customer service policy.
