Manufactured to the highest quality Focal Point's products provide reliable service year-on-year providing they are looked after. We recommend that all of our gas fires are serviced on an annual basis by a Gas Safe registered installer.
Call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately on 0800 111 999. Open all doors and windows to ventilate the property. Do not turn on/off any electrical switches. Extinguish all naked flames, do not smoke, strike matches or do anything which could cause ignition. If there are any electrical security entry phones/locks, please open door manually. If your gas fire has been recently installed, please contact your installer. Please read through the Troubleshooting section of your installation and user instructions.
