All MCS installers are required to be a member and comply with a renewable energy consumer code of practice that is recognised by the Office of Fair Trading, such as the REAL assurance scheme. Knowing that your installer is bound by such a scheme will give you the confidence that their commercial practices are carried out to the highest standards.
