Once the designs are agreed, we will implement a plan and begin the building refurbishment work, ensuring that everything meets the customer's needs. Our building refurbishment services include all aspects of building refurbishment and renovation. The project manager also makes sure the work is completed in line with our high quality standard and to deal with any other aspects of the build.

We will sit down with you to understand your design and build requirements which will allow us to tailor the design to suit your individual needs. Depending on the specific needs of a project, CG Contractors can produce client specific drawings and structural calculations during the building design process which meets the required Building Control criteria. Initially we will meet you to discuss your requirements and our experience allows us to help and advise at the planning stage of your property extension.
