Our team consists of around 80 staff across our three offices. Our approach to having Directors leading on projects throughout the full project lifecycle is renowned in the industry, and they are supported by Associate Directors, Associates and staff ranging from Chartered Engineers to Graduates. We believe we have a duty to encourage young people to enter and prosper within the construction industry. Accordingly, we take a responsible attitude with respect to staff development and operate a graduate training programme, which is accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers and Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.

Health and wellbeing of a building's occupants are of prime concern. We aim to keep people safe through the design of systems that control access, detect intruders, provide high quality visibility and where necessary record activities and monitor alarms. Environmental comfort is key to a successful building, and our experienced engineers utilise latest technologies and software to ensure thermal comfort, indoor air quality, visual comfort and noise nuisance is carefully controlled. We integrate technologies into our designs offering flexibility within voice, data and visual communications, and future proof the building for years to come.

In the Brewing and Distilling, and Industrial sectors, we are recognised for delivering not only exceptional design services but also for providing added value to clients through our additional management services. When required, we have the resources and experience to support and deliver projects from start to finish, acting as Project Manager, Lead Consultant, Contract Administrator and Site Supervisor. Our extensive experience allows us to advise clients on design matters, procurement and contractual situations, whilst collaborating with other designers such as Architects, Cost Managers and of course Clients.
