We can always use help with carpentry and/or plumbing and the maintenance of timber, brick and stone structures. Please get in touch if you can offer us some time on a Tuesday. The Plantation Garden Tea Lodge serves a variety of teas, coffee and soft drinks for children and a selection of homemade cakes and scones from 2pm until 4pm every Sunday from the end of May to mid-September. The afternoon tea service is provided by our team of volunteers, and we now need some new recruits to help serve tea and bake cakes as some of our longer serving volunteers retire or move away.
Wow! What a beautiful place. So much history. Peaceful, tranquil, just like stepping back to a different time, a secret garden in a city. Well looked after! We had a lovely time on such a beautiful day. We will be back! Thank you all who look after this special garden
What a well kept secret Plantation Gardens hidden away and so close to the city of Norwich. Yesterday we were treated to music in the gardens with tea and cakes. What a treat, unfortunately the weather was not at its best but we are British and enjoyed the day anyway.
A beautiful hidden gem on the edge of Norwich City centre. Our first visit and our initial reaction was wow! lots of information and history of the gardens throughout, a fantastic wall, the Victorian fountain and amazing planting. A true treasure
