Taken from conception to completion, with Musgrave producing the drawings, applying for planning permission and building regulations approval and taking the project through to completion. The work was for a commercial client Blakemore Cash and Carry. The canteen and 2 sets of male toilets needed complete refurbishment. This included new flooring, decoration, fixtures and fittings. There was a new conference room created with sensor activated lights and new windows. Decoration and necessary joinery work was undertaken in specific sections of the cash and carry including offices and the shop floor. New heating and air conditioning units were installed. Exterior landscaping was also undertaken.
The property itself is a holiday home and the clients wished to extend it to create more room and storage space and improve some of the facilities as they are hoping to enjoy it more often over the coming years. Musgrave was approached to draw up plans and undertake the work. The clients put forward some of their desires (those above) and also specified they wished to have a glass roof. Keeping within client budget Musgrave produced drawings and building regulations and once agreed began the project.

The client was a commercial client who had obtained a shop and wished to convert it into a hair salon. The client, Miss April Egan, was not sure how she wanted the shop set out or indeed what she would require. Musgrave undertook an initial survey and created some designs and from these the shop was created. Apart from the salon basins and chairs all other materials and designs were obtained and created by Musgrave to be in keeping with the company logo which Miss Egan provided. We also undertook all the shop frontage work.
