JK Roofing Specialist Ltd, is a top notch very professional family owned company.
Kyle and his team keep everything on track, cleaning up as they go at all times, and were great to work with.
The work that was carried out on my property was to completely remove and replace the tiled front roof on our bungalow. This was not a simple straight forward tile removal and replacement job.
The added complexity of removal was due to the roof having previously been sprayed with expanding urethane foam insulation.
The removal complexity was no barrier to Kyle and his team they just took it all in their stride and remained well on schedule.
From quotation to completion everything went perfectly, 1st class top quality materials used throughout and a full explanation of the progress was given whenever information was requested.
The entire job was completed within two days.
As the property owner to say that i was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job is an understatement.
This is the roofer team everyone needs when top quality work is required on your most valuable asset.
As far as workmanship and professionalism go the team just cannot be bettered and I would not hesitate in recommending them at any time.

After having a leaking roof (through velux window) for almost 2 years and trying several things and other roofers to solve the problem, these guys came out to look at the job straight away, suggested different options to try, and ultimately fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. We've had a lot of rain since to put it to the test!! They were very professional and friendly, arrived on time, did the work, cleared up and left. Will definitely use JK Roofing again, if needed.
