We are a multi-disciplinary company who provide Building Surveying, Architectural Design and Project Management Services. We also offer advice on Building Control and Planning related issues. Within the company there is a qualified Chartered Building Control Surveyor who's position it is to ensure that all designs put forward are to the highest standard which will satisfy both Planning and Building Regulation submission.

As a company we have over 30 years' experience in the construction sectors of Building Control, Building Surveying, Architectural Design and Project Management. We also have a dedicated group of construction trade Professionals which we work with that can offer a professional service to construct your project while we manage and ensure your project is constructed to the highest standard.
If you prefer to use your own Building Contractor to construct or undertake your work, at Building Design Solutions (NE) Ltd. we can still offer the design service for your project. Our aim is to offer the most creative designs to suit your living needs or business needs whichever they may be. We also have the support of a Chartered Structural Engineer within the company to carry out any necessary structural calculations, which may be required in your proposals. We can also act as consultants for you, removing the hassle of dealing with the Local Authority to obtain the necessary Building Regulation and Planning approvals.
