Nick is a genuine expert and enthusiast for all things glazing - he know the ins and outs of sliding/ folding doors and is unfazed by complexity or distance. He found a cost effective, on site repair solution that had stumped the manufacturer and has saved me a fortune, and given my doors a new lease of life that seemed to have been arbitrarily foreshortened. He's a nice guy too!
