He found a cost effective, on site repair solution that had stumped the manufacturer and has saved me a fortune, and given my doors a new lease of life that seemed to have been arbitrarily foreshortened. He's a nice guy too! The Options team have been fantastic and seem to pride themselves on great customer service.
