Using our proprietary door-measuring technology, each existing door opening is measured in a few minutes. The geometry of the opening, including any imperfections like a bowed jamb, sloping head, also the hinge and lock positions are captured to their existing positions. The doors are custom-shaped on a CNC machine at the CSM Doors production facility to the specifications taken from the measuring device. They can then be professionally sprayed in lacquer or any colour required. Since every door was made customised to fit, all of the doors in a home can be installed in 2 to 3 hours, rather than 2 to 3 days!
