I would like to say a massive thank you to the wonderful team, Dave and Ashley who replaced my original 1930s windows which were very difficult to remove and for fitting my new front door which I absolutely love. They were very professional and friendly throughout the work which took 7 days and worked extremely hard each day to replace my 1930s windows and door. They did a fantastic job and have transformed my house with their expertise and professional precise work on the transformation.

I am so happy and just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated all the team from CR windows, from the initial sales manager Angelo, through to the surveyor and then the team that fitted the window and doors. Not forgetting the lovely people I spoke to based in the offices. I highly recommend your company to everyone!

We had 2 windows fitted by CR Windows - 1 of them was the incorrect window (wrong configuration - side opening instead of top opening as requested). We originally sent CR Windows our architect's specifications with full details of then windows required. After the wrong window was fitted, the salesman blamed me as I had signed the order form which had a tiny thumbnail sketch of the incorrect window configuration - so according to him, it was as I had ordered. I was told that I would need to pay the full amount for a new window if I wanted it changing.
