From the minute we walked into Impact Kitchens and started speaking to Richard, we felt reassured that we had chosen the right place. Ours was quite a large project and not only did Richard and Denise supply our wonderful kitchen, they recommended a builder (JPS) to fit it and complete other building work. Richard and Jon the builder, visited our address, came up with a plan and it all took off within weeks. Our kitchen, worktops and appliances were chosen from Impacts wide range and were all fitted on the confirmed date. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be more delighted with our new kitchen, fantastic work by all. We would recommend Impact to anyone looking for a new kitchen and as for our new wine cooler! Impact Kitchens fitted my kitchen for me and I love it, Richard was very helpful from the moment we walked into the shop, he recommended electrician, plasterer and kitchen fitter as we had to have major work done to our kitchen before it could be fitted, We was very happy with the price and the quality for everything we had done. Fantastic service from Impact, we visited nearly every kitchen supplier in the area, as soon as we walked in we knew we would buy our kitchen from Impact. The customer service was completely different from the sales driven pitches we had from the others. Richard and Denise listened to what we wanted advised us and kept in touch through the whole process, even coming round with wine and flowers when it was finished. One of our lovely customers has just sent us the before and after photos of their kitchen which we completed a few months ago. The units are Luna Matt grey with Teka appliances and Cemento Spa Quartz worktops. The building work and installation was completed by Ventroday. Stunning!
