Called in for coffee and scones and found the scones very disappointing very dry and fell to pieces when we tried to butter them so not the best scones!
It was my first visit to Shackleton's and I was very impressed. The furniture and accessories were very well displayed even if they were adding new rooms it was still tidy. Gorgeous garden furniture and plants - our trolley was full After our shopping we went to The Pavilion Coffee House for a cappuccino and muffin. Again we weren't disappointed! We found the staff were all very friendly and helpful and had a lovely day out. We will definitely be going back! xx
I emailed this company enquiring about Supremo patio sets. I received a detailed response within minutes. The member of staff confirmed availability and arranged free delivery for the following week by their delivery van staff. They rang an hour before delivery to confirm they were running to time. The patio set was delivered exactly as promised, the item is without fault and is of great quality. I am very pleased with the product and very impressed with the way in which the company communicated with me.
