Worst double glazing company we've ever dealt with. Took 4 months from initial installation to get glazed panels that didn't have finger prints or other marks inside them. Then 18 months later, the locking mechanism fails on one window rendering it un-openable. As a result room unbearably hot and also a fire safety hazard as now no escape route from the bedroom! Days later and still no proactive contact from this company to sort it out! Unbelievable! Not returning calls, and all we get now is their answering machine. Best advice, AVOID this company.
