Our first contact with Vision PVC was with Brian the Sales Director. He was knowledgeable and exceptionally professional with no sales pressure at any stage. The prices quoted were good value so we had our rented house in York and our own fitted with windows and doors. There were a few blips which were readily resolved. The firm stands on providing an excellent service whereby you pay when you are happy.
The men who completed each of the jobs were polite and tidy, always cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. We are very happy with the windows and doors selected especially the sash casement windows. They are quality products and have made our house look greatly improved. Thank you Brian and the team for jobs well done. We would definitely recommend Vision windows to anyone looking for replacement windows or doors.

Did such a tidy job. Worked hard, left the place seriously tidy. Very polite chaps. Great price. Sale department great. Gave a great price and valid for 12 months. Did not keep pestering us for a sale, but left us to decide in our own time. Cannot rate them highly enough. Seriously, look no further, use this firm.

We have just had our new front door fitted and it looks absolutely beautiful. From our initial enquiry, the measuring up and the actual fitting today, the service we have received has been excellent. I would highly recommend Vision PVC to anyone who is looking for new replacement windows and doors. We look forward to using them again in the future when we decide to replace our windows.

Thank You for the excellent service your company has provided from start to finish for our new window installation. We were sold from the moment you quoted, you knew your products and didnt over sell on doors we didnt need at the time but when we do need them we will be sure to be back in touch. From quote to installation the process was 6 weeks. Liz in the office kept us informed throughout. Your fitters Kevin & Ross are a fantastic team.
Their workmanship is first class, they showed respect to our home and once they had finished for the day the area was cleaned down inside and out so we didnt have to. An added bonus is they arrived a day before they were due and the whole job was completed within 2 days. We would highly recommend Vision Pvc for windows. Many thanks
