Fitzpatrick Development Group is a group of companies that specialise in a no of sectors, all geared towards the UK and Ireland construction, civil engineering and social housing industries. Since the establishment of the group as a developer of new homes in 2006, we have now expanded into a number of specialist sub sectors that enable us to provide a unique housing delivery service, from initial site selection, through the planning process, the construction and handover of new build housing, drawing on our directly employed designers, engineers, trades, and specialist divisions.
