Established in 1952 by Gerald Hall, we are a family-run business that has grown from humble beginnings to become one of the UK's most successful garden centres. Now in our third generation, we continue to provide expert horticultural and aquatic services while maintaining the values and passion passed down through our family. Garden Centre
We provide a comprehensive selection of plants, flowers, trees and garden supplies. Our knowledgeable staff offer expert advice on all products to help customers achieve their gardening goals. From amateur gardeners to horticulture enthusiasts, our garden centre offers everything needed for successful gardening projects.
Aquatic Superstore
Our Aquatic Superstore offers a wide range of fish, aquariums and water gardening products. Located above our Japanese water garden, trained staff provide expert advice on aquatic care. We stock everything from small ornaments to large pond installations for both indoor and outdoor water features.
The Garden Room
Our on-site restaurant serves hot and cold meals daily with options for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The Garden Room offers indoor and outdoor seating, with special menus including vegan, gluten-free and children's options available throughout the day.
Seasonal Shop
We offer seasonal items including Christmas decorations and garden gifts. Our National Garden Gift Vouchers can be used at over 2,000 UK garden centres. The shop features garden tools, protective clothing and seasonal plants for all gardening needs throughout the year.
Garden Buildings
Our Show Site displays numerous garden structures including greenhouses, log cabins, sheds and storage units. Customers can view different options and configurations to find the perfect solution for their garden space and storage requirements.

We're open Monday-Saturday 9:00-17:30 and Sunday 10:00-16:00, with The Garden Room closing daily at 16:00 for serving food.
