had a great experience with Shaws. second time using them, they redid all our windows with new upvc throughout. Windows took an age to arrive but theres a global glass shortage so, nowt anyone can do about that. Dan and Joel were our installers and they didnt half graft to get them in. house is now warm & toasty after getting rid of the old 30+ year old windows. wouldnt hesitate to recommend! will be back for a new front door soon!

We just had our Windows replaced on our house and I couldn't recommend Shaw's enough. The products are well made and of good quality. The fitters we had were brilliant, not only were the fast and efficient but were clean, neat and provided an excellent finish. As local Brighton Interior designer, I would not hesitate in recommending them to any future client.

We had a really good experience with Shaws over the last lockdown period. They were most helpful when a ridge tile fell from our roof and smashed the outer part of a glass conservatory double glazed panel. They quickly came and measured up, and came back to fit 3 weeks later. Admittedly it didnt fit, but there was no way of knowing this without removing the whole panel. What looked like a straight panel was tapered at one end.
They Refitted the old panel, making sure we were still water tight, and re ordered a new one. Had to wait, 3 weeks again, but unbeknown to ourselves the conservatory was built bespoke. All was dealt with very professionally, and we are very happy with the result. Steve and Staff at the office were always very helpfully and Polite as were the fitters, Simon I think. We were kept updated so we would highly recommend. Thank you Shaws. Shown a picture before and after the new panel fitted.

Reasonably priced, installation of French windows went smoothly and everything left clean and tidy. Would have been five stars, but the whole process took quite a long time due to staffing pressures.

Well I wouldn't recommend Shaws to anyone! Customer service is appalling, and I have had constant problems with their errors and inefficiency about dates for fitting. On one occasion they arrived when I had explicitly told them I wouldn't be there. Now one of the doors is leaking, and the person who came to fix it told me that the door was fine, the problem was with my wall. He put some more silicone around the door, and told me he would order a new letter box which was badly weathered.
I have heard nothing since then (19th July - six weeks ago) and the door is still leaking. I rang again and was told someone would ring me back. They didn't. I rang again yesterday and was told someone would come round the next morning first thing. No one came. I rang again today after waiting in all morning and was told the person I wanted was on the phone and would ring me back. No one has rung me. What do I do now?

The customer service is shocking & their time keeping leaves a lot to be desired. Twice turned up with no prior warning with no one home. Arranged a time flr the appointment & they were an hour late with no prior contact to let me know. They also sent a shitty email to say they had tried several times to call me. Several was actually twice. Have yet to see the standard of work but have been informed it will last 10 years.

Not seen the product yet so can't comment on quality. However, if timing matter to you, don't use them. They promised maximum of 8 weeks for installation but hadn't planned properly so let us down and are now saying a much longer date. This makes life very difficult for us and our builders. Disappointed
