Ryder Landscape Consultants was established in 2007 by Stuart and Sarah Ryder with, then, a small team of just 2 employees working out of the corner of a civil engineering firm in Chester. Today we have grown to become a well-established Landscape consultancy still based in Chester, which has delivered over a 150 projects all around the United Kingdom. We have moved out of the corner and are now based in our very own studio close to Chester City centre and the railway station. The practice has been built on delivering imaginative design solutions and providing a friendly, flexible but at all times professional service.
Since 2014 we have been delivering a number of BIM Level 2 projects in the North West and North Wales area. The collaborative approach of BIM has enabled us as Landscape Architects to develop a strong and valued position within the design process. Now designing schemes completely in Revit we are able to share proposals with other disciplines and clients in 3D. This 3D detailed design has resulted in many landscape led design solutions on our projects. Working successfully with BIM has improved our design efficiency and, as a result helped to make the most of challenging site topography and maximising space on a number of schemes.
