The last date to reserve a property under the current Help to Buy scheme is Tuesday 15 December 2020.
Extremely disappointed with the experience. Having spent 535000 + taxes the house is reasonable now finished but has taken four months after completion (10 months since built) and a large snagging list with numerous emails, phone calls and constant chasing up to get to this point. The rest of the estate have experienced the same thing. No drive, path, garden on moving in, Still not connected to the main drains. Set themselves high expectations and have thus far failed to fully deliver. Reactive rather than proactive in solving issues.
