We used Simply Removals when we moved home and Jerry and his team were fantastic. They managed to pack all of our house into two vans, unpack and carry all the items up 13 steps (including some very heavy items) with just carrying straps! Would definitely recommend Jerry.
Not professional and not very helpful. Didn't assemble my cupboards, didn't fit some of our furniture. The floor was left dirty, messy and didn't help us clear. They don't have tools neither they carry boxes for emergency. Lads were ok but inexperienced and most of the things were left to us to sort by ourselves. There was no care in handling and no help offered in sorting packing which added lot of stress.
Absolutely appalling service. Unprofessional staff, who damaged the property we were moving from which is not surprising as one of them stunk of alcohol. The owner then accused us of making up stories, and refused to give us a discount to make up for damages which is the very least they could have done. This company is an absolute joke. AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
