Had really good reviews in the past from friends and relatives but very disappointed with our recent visit to the shop. We came in to get a quote for laminate flooring and when I went back a week later to ask a few questions I was told the quote was incorrect and the price was actually going to increase by nearly 100. It was already expensive compared to other shops in the area. This was very annoying and a totally waste of time and they didn't have the decency to apologise. It seemed the first person we spoke to (who was very friendly and helpful) has got the material, underlay and fitting all slightly wrong but together it meant there was a fair difference in price. One of the errors was a 20 difference with the fitting and I thought considering how poor the experience was he could have wavered that as a goodwill gesture. I will not be using this shop or recommending it. I hear they have a very good fitter though called Graham so I would recommend getting his number for anyone who needs a good fitter.
