Nice relaxed coffee shop / cafe, lots to buy in the shop too (not just plants) and don't forget the Newhaven Museum at the far end of the carpark.

Love this place. They do the best mocha frappes so delicious. The staff are very efficient and friendly can not complain about the service. We often go for breakfast and always been good. Haven't been in the dinosaur part for many years although would like to do it's on my to do list. As for the garden centre and shop some great choices. A bit pricey but you can get a bargain. They do have a good selection at Christmas in the Christmas shop part. I've joined the gardening club and you do get sent offers which I took advantage of for the first time yesterday. Only complaint is they do a buy 1 get 1 free offer on hot drinks and as we always have a frappe even in winter we never benefit drinkswise. We worth a visit.

It's a fantastic place to take the kids and tire them out, we have an annual pass and go there a lot, always find the staff to be really helpful and friendly. However, a few things would need to change for it to get a 5 star review. 1. The cafe is really, really expensive and they don't sell any cartons of juice, and the cup of blackcurrant I got stained the tray, so decided to not give it to my little one. 2. Whilst the arcade attractions are really cheaply priced, they all need cash and there is no cash machine available. 3. During busier times it would be great if there was a member of staff available in the soft play area as it can get a little bit hectic. 4. There needs to be a place to grab a coffee nearer to the play areas, having to keep going back through to the main cafe and then finding someone to let you back in is a pain. But other than that, we love it!
