R D Stott Architects works closely with their clients to deliver schemes that are environmentally considerate, sustainable, energy efficient, using traditional materials, sometimes in a contemporary style, to propose a modern solution that is respectful of its setting and neighbours.

R D Stott Architects were established in 2008 with the aim of providing high quality architecture, master planning and design services. Committed to the highest professional standards, R D Stott Architects believes good design comes from working closely with good clients, understanding their needs and aspirations to deliver quality, design led solutions on time and to budget.

R D Stott Architects can offer the following services including full architectural services, fee advice, feasibility studies, design advice, planning advice and guidance, advice on Building Regulations, tendering advice and contract advice, contract administration, project management, interior design, CAD services, preparation of working drawings, building surveys and preparation of measured drawings and conditions reports. In addition to the services we can offer in-house, R D Stott Architects also works in close partnership with a number of other consultants, including Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Sustainability Consultants, Arboriculturists, Landscape Gardeners, Interior Designers and 3D visualisers, and can advise on the appointment of specialist consultants, to ensure the smooth running of a project from start to finish.
