Walters Architects are a Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice (RIBA) based in Leicester City Centre. Designing structures and spaces for domestic and commercial clients considering requirements and exceeding expectations.
Walters Architects was established in 2006 by Principal Architect Kevin Walters. The company became a RIBA Chartered Practice in 2008, originally working within the grounds of a Grade II Listed Building in Charnwood, and later relocating to London Road in the heart of Leicester. The studio is founded on the belief that well designed architecture changes lives, and through considered design everyday experiences are influenced for the better. Over recent years, the practice has expanded to serve more commercial markets as well as maintaining private clients.

I used Kevin Walters architectural services to design a new property for myself. Initially he came across as being confident and knowledgeable in his field. During our dealings with Mr Walters it was apparent that that confidence was actually arrogance and a complete inability to listen to what the customer wanted. When he was questioned he was completely argumentative and aggressive. When we told Mr Walters we no longer wanted to use his services he made things extremely difficult. We are still putting things right with his work and I advise anybody to think twice before using this practice.
Very interesting work! There is an understanding of interior space and how people use it that is sometimes missing in even the most beautiful architectural structures.
