Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service uses pure water filtration (0ppm TDS) to remove dirt and grime without leaving streaks or watermarks. We employ reach-and-wash systems with adjustable brushes suitable for UPVC, wooden, and leaded windows. The process involves scrubbing frames and sills before rinsing with de-ionised water, ensuring a spotless finish that maintains property aesthetics and glass longevity.
Gutter Clearance
We clear gutters of debris to prevent blockages that could cause water damage to properties. Our service includes cleaning fascias and soffits, using specialist tools to remove plastic ties and gutter hedgehogs. Regular maintenance (recommended annually) helps preserve structural integrity while improving exterior appearance, with attention to safety-critical areas like drainage systems.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Our solar panel cleaning service restores efficiency by removing dirt and debris that can reduce energy output by up to 30%. Using non-abrasive techniques, we clean panels without damaging protective coatings. While annual cleaning meets manufacturers' recommendations, we offer bi-annual visits to optimise performance, ensuring panels maintain maximum sunlight absorption for improved energy generation.
Commercial Cleaning
We provide discreet commercial cleaning outside business hours to minimise operational disruption. Services include window maintenance, exterior washing, and periodic deep cleans for hotels, offices, and retail spaces. Our DBS-checked team offers risk assessments and consistent weekly schedules, maintaining professional standards that enhance customer-facing environments while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure and soft washing services clean patios, driveways, and rendered buildings. We use chemical-based soft washing for delicate surfaces like roofs, avoiding high-pressure damage. This two-stage process removes moss and algae while preserving material integrity, restoring properties to their original condition without compromising structural surfaces through inappropriate cleaning methods.

Questions
What makes pure water cleaning different from regular window washing?
Our pure water system filters tap water to 0ppm TDS using reverse osmosis and de-ionisation, removing minerals that cause streaks. This leaves windows completely spot-free compared to traditional methods.
How often should windows be cleaned for optimal results?
Most customers choose monthly cleaning to maintain appearance, though frequency depends on location factors like tree cover or road proximity. We tailor schedules to individual property needs.
Can you clean hard-to-reach windows safely?
Yes, our reach-and-wash system allows safe cleaning of high or awkward windows without ladders. We use adjustable brushes suited to different frame materials to prevent damage.
Do you offer services for commercial properties?
We provide commercial cleaning outside business hours using DBS-checked staff. Services include window maintenance, exterior washing, and scheduled deep cleans for various business premises.
What happens if I need to change my cleaning schedule?
Our service adapts to your needs - you can adjust frequency seasonally or cancel anytime. We'll work with you to find the most convenient arrangement without penalty.
