Digital Print provides products from various flexible and rigid substrates including: advertising banners, internal wallpaper wraps, building wraps, framed canvas prints, rigid advertising boards amongst many other products.
By incorporating a separate composite layer of insulating aluminium air filled membrane, and a further layer of 630gsm PVC to sandwich the insulation to the side curtain itself, we are able to assist with temperature control for non-frozen perishable goods. The thermal insulation layer covers the entire length of the curtain for optimum performance, not just the area between the vertical buckle webbings, creating almost 10% additional insulation on each side of the curtain length.
The guys at structure flex have been great, I contacted them about making a trailer cover for me for an awkward shaped trailer and they were very helpful. They were quick to respond and gave a really good service. They measured the trailer up and having just collected it and it put it on today, it is a great fit. And all done for a really good price.
