Ordered four blinds from Indigo Home & Gift. One wasn't long enough.
I gave correct measurements over the phone, which was confirmed later instore but for some reason, they were written down wrong on their invoice.
They offered to re-order at cost price (40% cheaper). As I had no proof of who's fault this was, I accepted.
When the second order arrived, it was too wide.
Indigo's singular offer was to refund the cost price order upon return of the item and that was the end of the matter. I was told they are no longer dealing with the manufacturer.
My only solution was to spend another £240 going directly to the manufacturer to order again.
I have spent 1000's with Indigo in recent years so I went to them expecting good service. Sadly I received terrible service.
I will never shop here again. They are happy to leave a young family £240 out of pocket while they still have profit from our order.
Avoid and shop elsewhere because if something goes wrong, you could be left in the same situation.
I love indigo fabulous things and always reasonably priced, the staff always lovely and always go out of there way to help. Thanks Jill for getting my 2 gorgeous wall panels I love them. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful home interiors. Xxxx

Have shopped here since 2015. Bought my snuggle chair last Xmas and my oak wine cupboard the year before. Now thanks to Gill and the team I have just purchased my new sofas. Staff are really lovely and helpful. What more can I say 10/10. Once again thank you I am so pleased.
