Home Minders has specialised in the care of homes and holiday lets since 1981. Initially our services catered for owners living abroad or with a holiday home but soon extended to meet the requirements of New Forestresidents. Domestic services include all aspects of housekeeping and cleaning from a daily service through to complete home cleans with laundry and carpets included. For those moving home we provide an efficient, speedy service in the very often limited time available. Our caretaking schemes are popular with owners away from home, as well as for weekend cottages and holiday lets.
We offer a comprehensive range of cleaning services which may be used both regularly or occasionally. These services are flexible so we can cater for individual needs. We arrange for the same cleaner to visit with a replacement usually available in times of holidays and illness. For our more elderly clients we provide homehelp covering changing beds, laundry, etc. Home Minders carry Public and Employers Liability insurances and we operate PAYE. Staff are reference checked and it is our usual policy to carry out an initial period of assessment and training before making placements with clients.
This service is available to propertyowners who may be living overseas, are frequently away from home or on holiday. Regular visits, either once or twice a week, to check security and maintenance give peace of mind, satisfy insurance requirements and mean that any arising problems can be promptly resolved. Routine inspections involve dealing with mail, caring for house plants, adjusting central heating controls and arranging access for tradesmen and deliveries. We are always pleased to tailor this or any of our services to suit individual requirements.
