Established for more than forty years, A.M. Norris Ltd is one of the Midlands leading providers of plumbing and heating services. Alan Norris became an apprentice plumber aged 15 in 1965. He served his apprenticeship with A R Brooks Ltd of Loughborough and left in 1970 to work for William Davis. In 1971 at the age of 21 he started his own business which soon needed extra labour. In 1972 he took on his first employee who stayed with the company until he retired in August 2013. Today the company consists of over 211 employees with our own warehouse, delivery drivers, dedicated customer care, invoicing, buying and estimating departments.

Each new build installation is regularly checked by one of our supervisors during installation process. After the installation process we have separate Benchmark Division who will visit the property.
