Owner and founder of the company, David Griffin served his apprentice training as a cabinet maker and antique furniture restorer over 40 years ago. He is highly knowledgeable and fully skilled and offers a fully professional service to all customers. He has a great knowledge of restoring antique furniture and has worked for many antique dealers and private clients in East Anglia and across the UK.
Alma Antiques offers a full restoration service for all clients and can provide an excellent French polish finish to a vast range of furniture. Any furniture which requires upholstery repairs can be dealt with by excellent upholsterers known to the company. Cane and rush seating can also be restored together with replacing lost keys, broken locks and handles on items of furniture. No item of furniture is too large or small. I use traditional restoration methods and try to ensure that the furniture in my care is sympathetically restored.
