We had the same experience as Helen. Daniel Bear took up hours of our time one Saturday morning and measured up etc. He promised a design and a quote in a week or two and then we heard nothing. Tried emailing but got no response. Eventually I got through on the phone and he promised me a quote in 48 hours. Never heard from him again. Great company if you just want to sit around and talk about kitchens for hours but if you actually want a kitchen built then look elsewhere. Very very poor.
Disgraceful customer service. A young man came to do an estimate. Never heard a word again. Tried ringing emailing texting. If they didn't want my custom they should have the decency to let me know or at least respond to my messages or answer the phone.
