We had solar installed in 2015 by Becco. After 9 months the generated output was not as per the predicted energy yields. On contacting Becco they admitted that they had not taken account of the shadowing effect on their modelling design and electricity generation was going to be significantly lower than predicted. They have failed to compensate us for these losses and communication has been poor.we have paid the price in trying to be more environmentally conscious.
