We have submitted a building regulations application for this mixed use development in Sheffield, with building works due to start in May. We are developing detailed designs for this exciting minimal, contemporary bathroom refurbishment in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. We're in the process of preparing a planning application for this quaint green oak porch and stone constructed side extension in Alwoodley, North Leeds.

We are a small and approachable company providing architectural and interior design services primarily in the Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate areas, although we regularly work further afield, and are happy to offer our services anywhere within the UK. We have a great deal of experience in various sectors of the construction industry including residential, commercial, retail, general refurbishment and industrial developments. The company was founded by Andrew Teece in 2009 after spending 15 years working for various Architectural practices in the Leeds and Bradford areas.

We offer a range of architectural and interior design services and we are very flexible in terms of how we approach each project, and in terms of what we feel is required to meet the clients' needs. We tend to work within Yorkshire, most frequently within the areas of Leeds, Bradford or Harrogate however, we will gladly undertake projects anywhere within the UK if practical. Our fees are usually calculated on a time basis, ensuring we are as competitive as possible, in order to give our clients a value-for-money service.
