After being let down by a catalogue of errors by another local Karndean supplier and fitter, I approached Wilson's and they couldn't have been more helpful. I was nervous having had the bad experience with another company and they were so understanding, talking me through each step and provided great reassurance. All staff are polite and when it came to the fitting they were so professional and tidy! I am over the moon with my new karndean flooring, landing carpet, runner and stair rods.
