I left a five star review in June when Lee fitted our new boiler, and then on the hottest night of the summer the boiler turned itself on. We were concerned, as you might expect, but Stay Warm were superb. Lee came that day and diagnosed the fault lay entirely with the Nest thermostat which had failed whilst under guarantee. Lee isolated the thermostat so we could have heat and water as necessary; I contacted Nest. The new thermostat arrived in three days and Lee came the next day to fit it. I can't praise Stay Warm enough.

We will discuss all aspects of the installation the only thing we won't discuss is price, every job is specifically priced based on the findings of the technical survey and then sent to you via email or post within 24 hours. Heat pumps take low temperature heat from the air or the ground and transform it to a higher temperature, which can heat your home. This renewable energy source will save you money and the cost of the small amount of electricity required will be much lower than the cost of heating your home with a boiler. As a Viessman approved installer, we can supply you with their Vitocal 100-A air source heat pump. This system uses a fan to draw the heat in from the outside and the heat that is created is transferred to the heating and hot water systems in your home.
